The excellence of Omani Universities in technology enhancement learning (TEL) has become essential in supporting the rapid growth and sustainability of the education sector for usage and application. Technology enhancement learning is depending on use of different application tools like Microsoft office files and video blog programs to facilitate the academic performance. The real problem faced education is a need for several applications and technologies in the higher education institutions in Oman to improve their outputs and improve on teacher-student satisfaction. This paper aims to determine the common type of (TEL) of video and attached assignments and data analysis used in the Universities. In addition to facilitate (TEL) used is used in colleges and Universities in conjunction with improving lab equipment and administrative systems. In the first phase of this study, a systematic review of the existing literature was carried out to determine and define the suitable quantitative and qualitative criteria of existence applications; and then, design and exploit pair-wise comparison and online evaluation forms to get experts opinions/preference on the evaluation criteria used to measure the satisfaction of these technologies. In this study, survey questionnaires were distributed to 3 different Universities in Oman to assess their technology enhancement learning performances which served as a link between the Universities and higher education (HEI). The findings of this paper aid in establishing the need to improve teaching material by using attached assignment with material description by video programs in the Universities, higher educational institutions (HEI); and new techniques that add value in teacher assessment method for student satisfaction in higher education. Further studies could be carried out in the future with more technological developments

The use of virtual reality applications has grown tremendously in recent years. Virtual reality applications in the education domain have many benefits: they engage students, arouse students' curiosity, ease the communication of information, and motivate the students to improve their learning and performance. Despite literature showing that there has been a clear development in the education domain that shows improvement in students' learning skills, its application in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) is limited to certain courses and fields. Furthermore, there has also been under-utilization and misutilization of virtual reality applications. Thus, the primary research question in this paper would be what the issues of the practicality of virtual reality applications for HEIs are. This paper aims to look at practicality issues to understand why VR is underutilized, particularly in HEIs. A review of the literature based on seventeen papers published between 2010 and 2020 taken from databases such as Science Direct, Ebscohost, and Scopus has found that despite the positive continuous intention to use VR applications, there are many issues regarding their practicality, such as the affordability of VR application tools, the technology-savviness of instructors, as well as the sustainability of VR use. This paper is significant as it explored and identified the practical issues of why VR applications are underused and provides practical suggestions to overcome these issues of practicality. It is hoped that HEIs would not allow these limitations to hinder the use of VR applications so that the students of this era, who are digital natives, would learn and perform better with VR applications; thus, making the use of VR applications in HEIs more widespread

E-learning has become one of the most significant approaches in the educational area. However, e-learning is faced with several problems such as course difficulty, teachersubject knowledge and limited types of technology integration used that affect students’ continuous intention to use e-learning. The success of the e-learning system depends on how the learning takes place, the deployment of factors of support assessment, behaviour intention and student perceptions to be combined for continuous intention to use the elearning system. This research also argues that e-learning systems used to validate learners' learning outcome such as effectiveness, academic performance, student satisfaction, and system use. A review of the literature on the continuous intention to use e-learning systems shows that this area is still in its infancy as many studies focused on assessing e-learning systems from one acceptance model rather than enhancing the combination of factors from many theories of acceptance e-learning models for the continuous intention of use. The purpose of this study is to find the acceptance model of contributing factors that affect the continuous intention to use e-learning systems. This research proposes on merging effectively all e-learning systems outcome to identify the contributing factors for continuous intention to use the e-learning system. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to develop an acceptance model contributing factors for the continuous intention to use the e-learning systems. This study focuses on understanding all influencing factors that related to the continuous use of e-learning system by studying the possible factors used in previous acceptance models such as Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Task-Technology Fit (TTF) as well as selected Expectation-Confirmation Technology (ECT) and others. To develop the model, factors from TAM, TTF as well as selected ECT factors were combined in the Acceptance Model to the identified independent and dependent factors. An acceptance model was formulated based on the previous model's reviews with dependent and independent factors. To test the model, four (4) Oman universities have been selected as a case study. Data were collected using questionnaires that were returned by 295 undergraduates to assess their feedback on elearning system, after which Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLSSEM) was employed to evaluate the hypotheses of the developed acceptance model to improve continuous intention to use e-learning system. Results from the survey data show that 12 of 16 hypotheses suggested that the independent and dependent factors are significant for the continuous intention to use e-learning system in higher education institutions. This research reveals the need to develop an acceptance model for contributing factors of continuous intention to use e-learning system for Oman higher education institutions that could be implemented for future enhancement for e-learning models

This paper focused on the improvement of student’s assessment feedback and learning satisfaction in the higher education institutions in Oman using the Elearning system of University Communication Model (UCOM). During the study, an E-learning model was conceptualized using coursework program instruction, testing academic performance, faculty experience, and assessment method as the determinants. The aim of this work is to develop a ‘University Communication (UCOM) model for improving the student’s assessment method and evaluating their academic performance. In the first phase of this study, a systematic review of the existing literature was carried out to determine the suitable quantitative and qualitative criteria of feature selection, like student satisfaction and degree of learning. The next phase involved the generation of an E-learning model for assessing the feedback and approval processes. The final step is the design of the evaluation forms that can measure the satisfaction of the technology and enhance the assessment method. In this study, surveys were distributed to the students of Al-Buraimi University College (BUC), Oman, to assess their level of satisfaction in using a UCOM model which served as a link between them and the University. The results were tested for accuracy, reliability, and validity using smart PLS. The findings of this paper assisted positively in four of the deployed factors and approved the capability of the developed model in improving student’s assessment feedback using E-learning

This paper investigates whether the universities’ communication model and the technology acceptance model, which include four factors, namely, academic performance, student satisfaction, effectiveness, and support assessment, simultaneously enhance student satisfaction and improve the teaching method and academic performance level. This paper aims to adapt a model to improve the assessment method and improve the model of student satisfaction. This paper focuses on improving e-learning to activate the feedback of continued intention of using the model that helps to navigate the student understanding level and academic performance immediately. In this paper, surveys were distributed to (295) undergraduates in four universities in Oman to assess their feedback on e-learning. The partial least squares-structural equation model was used to calculate the measurement of all hypotheses proposed. The results of this paper prove that most of the hypotheses are a positive influence on the continuance of intention to use the proposed model
